Samin Ghoochi is an interdisciplinary visual artist based in Linz, Austria. Her artistic practice is centered on exploration and experimentation with a variety of materials, techniques, and artistic approaches. Working across multiple fields, including painting, printmaking, textile art, weaving, sculpture, design, installation, and conceptual art, she develops works that explore the relationship between material, form, and meaning.
Social, political, Cultural and environmental concerns are recurring themes throughout her body of work, inviting reflection, dialogue, and critical engagement. Through an interdisciplinary approach, She combines diverse media and processes to create experimental artworks that investigate contemporary issues and human experiences.
